I belong to the Development Department and am responsible for experimental and analytical work. My primary job involves conducting experiments, analyzing the results and observed phenomena, and reproducing them through analysis. The integration of experimentation and analysis is crucial. By examining results from two perspectives and understanding/reproducing phenomena, we contribute to brake disc technology development.
Because these are components directly related to safety, we approach them with the responsibility and pride of engineers.
Job satisfaction
I find my work most rewarding when the brake discs I have been involved in developing are installed in actual vehicles and I can see that they contribute to both safety and performance.
The process of reproducing phenomena through analysis based on experimental data, identifying issues, and continuously making improvements is steady and requires patience.
However, knowing that this accumulation of trial and error ultimately takes shape as a product that is used in the real world gives me a strong sense of fulfillment.
What I like about the company
One thing I particularly appreciate about my company is the flexibility in how we work.
