Sales/Marketing Department

Daily Schedule

Current task

In addition to one domestic client, I handle overseas clients in Thailand, Mexico, the United States, India, China, and other countries.
For new projects, I organize specifications based on RFQs (Requests for Quotation) received from each location and issue internal quotation requests. I then refine pricing with the locations, obtain approval at meetings attended by the president, and submit the quotation.
I provide consistent follow-up from negotiation through order acceptance to production start.
While sometimes bewildered by cultural and language differences, the real reward is realizing in the end, “It really comes down to people, doesn't it?”

Job satisfaction

After coordinating with bases and internal departments, preparing thoroughly, and entering negotiations, the sense of accomplishment when securing an order is truly special. That celebratory beer tastes amazing!
Through interactions with clients, every time I encounter diverse cultures and values, I feel like “my world has expanded.”
Sometimes unexpected incidents happen, but looking back, they become good laughs.
I feel that even failures become fuel for future growth.
Joining forces with colleagues and sharing the results—those moments are the greatest appeal of this job.

What I like about the department

The atmosphere is bright, and my superiors, seniors, and colleagues always offer sincere support. Sometimes even juniors help me out (lol).
When I'm stuck, if I ask for advice, someone always chimes in with a solution. What's more, after serious discussions, laughter somehow bubbles up—that's a hallmark of this department.
We take work seriously, yet the atmosphere remains warm and flexible. It's precisely this environment that lets me take on challenges with confidence. I feel I can truly be myself at work here.
