My primary responsibility lies in the melting process of casting, where molten iron is poured into molds to form products. During the process, impurities rise to the surface of the molten iron, which I carefully remove. Since each product requires a different iron composition, I adjust the alloys and ensure the appropriate mixture to produce strong, consistently high-quality products. By meticulously checking each step, I contribute to the production of safe and reliable products.
Job satisfaction
Through the production of brake discs, I find fulfillment in realizing that the products we create improve people’s lives more convenient and contribute to society. Furthermore, since we handle the “stopping” function—one of the three major elements of a car: “driving,” “turning,” and “stopping”—it is a job with significant responsibility. I believe that ensuring people can use them safely and with peace of mind is what makes this work rewarding.

What I like about my company and department is how well everyone gets along. Communication is strong, and when I ask questions about work I don't understand or feel unsure about, people answer without hesitation. It's a workplace where I feel secure and comfortable, both during work and breaks. Plus, with such a diverse group of people, I discover new things and feel myself growing.
