Current task

My current work primarily revolves around the following two main areas.
①Total Cost Reduction Initiative (Reducing Variable Expense Usage) KIRIU group is operating multiple locations globally, and we compare and analyze variable costs at each location based on actual usage amounts. We conduct benchmarking across the entire group and promote improvement activities aimed at becoming “a more cost-competitive company”.
②Quality Support and Project Management for Overseas Locations I primarily oversee the group's bases, ACM (U.S.) and KMX (Mexico), handling defect rate verification, improvement proposals, and project progress management. Through ongoing communication with local teams, I provide continuous support for quality stabilization and issue resolution.

Job satisfaction

I feel a strong sense of fulfillment when defect-reduction or improvement initiatives produce measurable results or when I receive positive feedback from the shop floor. The moments when I can see that my technical ideas or proposals have directly contributed to improved quality or cost savings give me the greatest sense of accomplishment.
