Daily Schedule
Current task
My job is in the machining stage of brake disc manufacturing. Our work system is 3 crew 12 hours shifts, and operations are divided into day and night shifts. In the case of the day shift, we first attend morning meeting at 8 a.m. We review the safety, equipment, and quality handover from the previous shift, then conclude the morning assembly by having everyone recite the Safety, Quality, and 5S pledge together, finishing with a point-and-call confirmation. After that, we proceed to our assigned line and first carry out the start-up equipment inspection. We record the inspection results on the checklist, and then we start up the line. Throughout the shift, I conduct regular tool replacements as well as quality and visual inspections while maintaining production. At the end of the shift, I carry out 5S floor activities, complete the daily report, and submit it to conclude the day's operations.
Job satisfaction
I feel a sense of fulfillment when I realize my growth. Since joining the company, I have taken on a variety of tasks and overcome each challenge one by one. Through this process, I have gained new knowledge and skills and accomplished things I couldn’t before. Through these experiences, I felt that the reward of my work is realizing my own growth. Going forward, I will continue to maintain a desire to improve, take on new challenges, and keep developing myself.
Future Goals
I want to take on challenges even in areas where I lack experience, aiming to grow steadily through my work. While there are many unknowns and difficulties, I intend to learn each task step by step and strive to deliver solid results. By persevering through tough situations without giving up, I aspire to become a trusted employee.
