Current task

I am primarily responsible for managing and operating the company's internal network. In today's world, internet connectivity is essential, and the same applies to our business operations. Therefore, I strive daily to ensure that routine tasks within the company are not disrupted, handling regular maintenance of the network infrastructure and troubleshooting outages. Beyond these duties, I am also involved in developing and implementing internal systems, and I am currently continuing my studies in this area.

Job satisfaction

I find fulfillment in improving operational efficiency through network infrastructure upgrade and new system implementation. When I first joined the company, I wasn't very enthusiastic about new system implementations because there was so much to do and learn. However, seeing how these systems improved workflows and receiving gratitude from users made me realize it was all worth it.

Skills acquired through work experience

Through my IT work, I've acquired skills related to PCs and networks. In modern life, we frequently encounter IT devices in our daily routines, and the network skills I gained through my work often prove useful. For instance, becoming knowledgeable about the detailed specifications of Wi-Fi devices—such as their settings and standards—has enabled me to confidently handle everything from selecting the right equipment for my home Wi-Fi setup to configuring it optimally. Each time I experience this, I truly feel the value of having acquired these skills.
