What I find most rewarding in my work is receiving words of appreciation from customers and colleagues. Collaboration with related departments and business partners is essential during product prototyping and mass production. While progress often doesn't go as planned, the immense sense of accomplishment when we finally deliver the product to the customer after repeated adjustments is profound. Feeling that my coordination skills and actions are helping others, and contributing to the success of the team and the entire company, is what gives me the greatest sense of fulfillment.
